Our products and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of re-shipping the package to you.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. We are not responsible for packages that are stated to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that are shown delivered in the tracking.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you to pay for the shipping fee to re-send the products. Please note that we will NOT issue refunds for items that are returned due to any reason including but not limited to incorrect address.
To protect our customers, we may require signatures for high-value packages. It's the responsibility of the customer to track the package and make sure someone is available to sign for the package. We will NOT issue refunds for returned packages due to the customer’s unavailability to sign for them. If that happens, please contact customer service to pay for a new shipping fee to re-send the package.
*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will contact you. In the event we don’t hear from you within 1-2 business days, we would go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, or there will be charges.
