Refund policy
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What can be returned
To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept items that have been worn.
How to start a return
Email us at shop@flexlifewear.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us — items returned without an approved return request cannot be processed.
What you get back
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase price of the item, less a $9.99 restocking fee per return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- The $9.99 restocking fee covers your prepaid return label and processing. It's deducted from your refund rather than charged separately, so there's nothing to pay up front.
- Original shipping charges paid on your order are not refunded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 15 days with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no restocking fee, and any original shipping you paid is refunded in full.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact USPS, UPS or DHL directly to open a claim. We aren't able to refund packages the carrier has marked as delivered.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.
If you refuse delivery of a package, the original shipping cost and the cost of returning it to us will be deducted from your refund.
