What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email shop@flexlifewear.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but once it's with the carrier we can't recall it.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?
We'll contact you. If we don't hear back within 1–2 business days, we'll ship the rest of your order and issue store credit for the unavailable item.

How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment being authorised. Weekends and holidays aren't counted.

How long does delivery take?
4–5 business days from the date your order ships — not from the date you place it. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free domestic standard shipping on orders over $50, and free international standard shipping on orders over $100.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on arrival.

Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on your address and order size.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.
Please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We aren't able to refund packages a carrier has marked as delivered.

How do I find my size?
Use the size chart linked on every product page. Our sizes run S–XL depending on the style, and each product page lists the sizes available in that piece.

What if it doesn't fit?
Return it within 15 days and reorder in the right size. See our returns section below.

What are your pieces made from?
Mostly nylon-elastane and nylon-spandex blends for leggings, bras and shorts, and rayon-spandex or cotton blends for tops, sweaters and joggers. The exact composition is listed on every product page.

How should I wash my activewear?
Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C (85°F) on a normal cycle. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. If you iron, keep it under 100°C (210°F). Washing cool and air drying is the single best thing you can do to keep stretch and colour.

Are your leggings squat-proof?
Our high-waist and compression leggings are made from a double-knit blend designed to stay opaque through movement.

What's your return window?
15 days from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging.

How do returns work?
Email shop@flexlifewear.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label so there's nothing to pay up front.

What will I be refunded?
The purchase price of the item, less a $9.99 restocking fee covering the return label and processing. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 15 days. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you — no restocking fee, and original shipping refunded in full.

Can I exchange instead?
The fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order.
