How to measure
Use a soft tape measure, keep it snug but not tight, and measure over bare skin or thin clothing.
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape level all the way round.
- Underbust — directly beneath your bust, where a bra band sits. This is the measurement that matters most for our sports bras.
- Waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your navel.
- Hips — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
- Inseam — from the inside of your upper thigh straight down to your ankle bone.
Choosing your size
- Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit, stay in the smaller size for a compressive one.
- Sports bras — go by your underbust measurement rather than your usual bra size.
- Leggings — go by your hip measurement. The waistband stretches considerably more than the leg.
- Oversized styles — our cropped tees, sweaters and pullovers are cut loose by design. Take your normal size unless you want extra room.
